Yes
So soft and warm. This neck warmer will not freeze up when you are in frigid temperatures. Sometimes could be a little too warm depending on conditions.

These are so convenient when you don't know what to decide to get someone for a gift. You can choose any amount you want which is awesome,This is so comfy and keeps you warm no matter what!!!!! highly recommend
