Yes
I like this mitten as it is warm in almost all conditions. Even in below zero temps, I wear them with some hand warmers and my hands never get cold. They also hold up really well without breaking the bank.

This mitten keeps me warm in single digit temperatures in Vermont, and it has awesome quality.
