Pros:
High value, low price. Great adjustability, board feel, and control.
Cons:
Highback forward lean adjustment is a little clunky.

Fantastic entry level bindings! They feature Burton's immense amount of adjustability and lots of great bells and whistles featured on their higher end bindings. The Flex Slider ankle strap that stays out of the way when you're strapping in seems like it would be a weak point, but is actually the strongest part of the strap, especially when under pressure. The ReFlex baseplate also allows a tremendous amount of board feel and the highback is torsionally flexible and forgiving, but is stiff front to back, allowing precise control. Burton's toe caps are always great and give you excellent control, too.

This is a great option for anyone looking for a lower-priced binding that is still very high quality. The buckles are smooth and work well, the straps are nice, and it is comfortable to ride.

The burton freestyle is a great entry level binding. Very soft flexing, so it won't be to over bearing for a beginner rider. Buckles are easy on, easy off, and very comfortable.
