Pros:
Boa system, soft padding, light weight, easy break in
Cons:
the padding on the heel is a little thick

Yes
Picking this boot up out of the box it was super light. The padding in the liner is real soft. There is a strap on the top of the liner to help close the liner and secure it better to your foot. Boot has great flex.
