Pros:
Cool pocket inside the velcro cover for your phone or ipod
Cons:
Only a few pockets on the outside

Yes
This jacket has all the parts to being a great snowboarding jacket. Has the Gore Tex technology. Fits true to size. Velcro tabs for closing the jacket over the zipper. Warm liner with insulation on almost all parts of the jacket.
