This is mostly a review of the top notch customer service experience I had with Buckman’s. My brother and his wife just moved to in D.C. and he’s been drooling over this jacket for a while. I found the exact item he wanted and ordered it. Turns out, they didn’t have the size I ordered in stock and no one else did. Janet emailed me and I called her back. She found the same pullover in a size bigger ( both sizes fit him) in the color. Janet was so personable and kind. It was clear to me that she takes pride in the work she does. I enjoyed my interaction with her and will continue to peruse Buckman’s selection. It arrived quickly and was just as expected!

This isn't a big bulky down coat but its still so warm!
