This company has great Customer Service! The first headband I received was not the color I ordered. I called them and explained the problem. They realized it was their mistake and said they would send an email where I could print out a pre-paid shipping label. When they could see that it had shipped, they would ship the right headband. And they did.
The headband itself is beautiful and I receive compliments all the time. It is really warm even in bitter cold weather and so soft. Since it's so wide it almost feels like a hat and keeps most of your head warm.

This piece is super fun and can be dressed up or down! I have worn this to accent my TNF Miss Metro Parka, fashionable yet functional.
