Pros:
Incredibly warm

Yes
I normally wear uninsulated shells with layering underneath. This insulated parka is the warmest parka I have ever owned. With a GoreTex outer, it's wind & waterproof, and breathable. It is so warm that in sub-zero conditions, I wore a base layer and a turtle neck and the Fission and was toasty. It works, but may be too warm for local conditions.

By far one of the best jackets for me, a great fit!. it is fully waterproof and breathable for maximum comfort while staying warm.
