jade iridium lens is very dark

Yes
Wide area around eyes prevents fogging. The jade iridium lens is very dark, switching the lens is not to difficult. I bought the Prizm Rose lens and have been thrilled with the visibility, they bring out the depth of the snow.

Yes
Super comfortable google, it will fit you face perfectly with or without a helmet. These goggles will hardly ever get foggy because it has a lot of air flow through the holes at the top of the goggle.
