Warm and Comfortable

less bulky than layering a bunch of shirts, very warm, comfortable,

Yes
I never really wore a base layer until last year and they are actually great. I used to have the habit of layering multiple thermals on top of each other and it was a waste. One burton tech tee was as warm as two thermals. Super light weight and comfortable design. Highly recommend it.
