Yes
I have bought these metal stomp pads over the years and I must say they handle well with different weather conditions. They work great as a stomp pads and aesthetic purposes.I have only lost 1 of them on my snowboard so far.

Yes
I love this stomp pad from Volcom because I simply don't like having a huge piece of plastic covering my board graphic and in my opinion, have better grip than regular stomp pads. They don't clog up with ice or snow so you can always be confident they wil be there for you. You can put them in any formation on your board and they look great.

Yes
I like this stomp pad pack because simply I like the brand Volcom. If you have a friend who also needs a stomp pad you can both get different color packs and mix-n-match the colors! I like how it is 6 separate pieces. You can put them wherever you want and however you want. Its basically a customize-able stomp pad!
