Yes
This pole is great. Simple light weight and adjustable with a strong locking grip. You can use these to hike in the off season as well.

Yes
This pole is awesome on trips to pack with the adjustable lock jaw technology. The grips are super comfy with my small hands that dont fit regular finger grove grips. The screw drivers that come internally in the pole is useful for quick adjustments on the mountain.
