Hestra Heli Mittens — Men’s

Finding the right pair of ski mittens is the difference between a thrilling and comfortable trip and a downright miserable afternoon. With durable synthetic exterior materials and ultra-warm polyester lining, the Hestra Heli mittens for men are specially designed and crafted to keep your hands warm, even in the wettest and most frigid winter conditions. Each piece of these Heli mittens is designed for heavy-duty use in active outdoor lifestyles — perfect for avid skiers and snowboarders, mountain guides and instructors.

Mittens are ideal accessories for those who enjoy winter activities because they are typically warmer than gloves due to their design that keeps the fingers close together, constantly generating extra heat. However, typical mittens aren’t the most practical winter weather accessory for those who regularly snowboard and ski because they’re not as dexterous as gloves. That’s no longer the case with Hestra’s Heli mittens.

This innovative mitten design is made from a strong, durable polyamide weave on the back of the mitten and army leather on the palms for exceptional grip. Ride downhill in style and confidence knowing these Hestra army leather Heli mitts are water and wind resistant. Lining the inside of these mittens is a comfortable, soft polyester material. You take a plunge into the deepest snow banks with confidence knowing that your mittens are securely fastened, trapping the heat inside and keeping cold, wet snow out. Simply strap your hands in with the Velcro bands and create a snug fit that locks out snow by cinching the mitten’s cuffs with the hook and loop closures.

After wearing these Heli mittens just once, you’ll see why these are the most popular and comfortable skiing and snowboarding gloves out there. They’re sure to become your favorite piece of winter apparel. Order your Hestra army mittens online today or contact us for more information.

These are the most warm mitts I’ve ever owned. In 3 seasons, I haven’t had a single complaint about my hands being cold even in 0° weather. The leather is tough and comes with balm to keep hydrated and lasting for many seasons.

I’ve owned these mitts for 3 seasons now and they are by far my favorite piece of gear. The leather is durable, the liners are of superb quality, super soft and super warm. Long days on the mountain would not be the same without these mitts keeping my hands in good working order.

These Hestra mitts are top quality. These will keep you hands warm in the coldest conditions. I love the removable liner. Throw it right in the wash when it gets funky.

Hestra mittens are clearly the best in the market. I've never had any issues with this mittens, even on the 0 degree skiing days. The most important thing about these mittens are to take care of them and apply the balm to ensure that they last as long as possible, because with good care these mittens could last 20 years. For the fit, trying them on is a necessity to get your hand size exactly right and truly see how they feel.

Pros: Very warm
Cons: No waterproofing

The leather is quality and the glove itself is very warm. I never have put hand warmers in even on the most bitter days.

Wish they were waterproof, but i only use them in very cold conditions, so it is not needed.
