This piece is thin, but nice and warm. I am not a fan of hoods, but this one is not too large where it feels it gets in the way. Very comfortable!

Pros:
So soft
Cons:
Hood (only if you don't want a hood - although it's very thin!)

This is the softest and warmest top I have ever seen. The perfect next to skin layer or even on top of a base layer. The material is like butter and practically weightless, while still keeping you incredibly warm. No reason not to purchase this.
Versatile and warm

Pros:
So soft. Sweet functional pocket at hip.
Cons:
If you've got a lot of hair, should probably wear it in a band when you put up collar.

This piece could be used for base or mid-layer. The folded collar lays around your neck like a cowl-neck but then can be busted out as head and neck cover. Perfect for those windy, stormy days.
