This is a must have for your "outerwear" wardrobe! Its perfect in the spring or fall, perfect for a cooler weather run and perfect over a base later or insulating piece but under a jacket for those extra cool days. Water resistant (not proof) if you get caught in a fall sprinkle but breathable enough to be layered and keep you dry!
