I made the consideration to purchase the Theragun Elite last month after trying the in-store demo model. Once seeing the online videos explaining the use and benefits of it, I pulled the trigger and brought one home. The claims of it being able to reach 60% deeper than standard percussive therapy tools ring true... It comes equipped with five closed-cell foam attachments: the Dampener, Ball, Wedge, Thumb, & Cone all having different shapes and two hardness's which allow for applications all over the body. The speeds range from 1790 to 2400 bpm, which gives accurate and successful targeting of a problem spot without the brain acclimating to stimulation like other brand machines and massage sessions can experience. An Ergonomic Multi-Grip allows for reaching even the hardest of spots on the back. The 120 min battery life lasts a long time without having to set it back on its wireless charging cradle (not included) or plugging in to its wall cord. I fully recommend getting one!

This is a must have for anyone that works out often. It really helps with working out sore muscles and knots in your shoulders. I have problems with lower back pain and this is the greatest thing for helping work out the pain.
