Yes
So to get to the point the Burton Southside pant is genuinely a great product from Burton. The 10k/10k exterior of the pants will keep you dry from both exterior moisture and interior moisture, great moisture wicking ability. I have honestly worn these pants on sub 32 degree days and stayed perfectly warm with a pretty lightweight base layer and I've also warn them on a pretty warm 55-60 degree spring boarding day, without any base layer and have stayed nice and cool; with help from the vent that is close-able in between your legs.

There are (in my opinion) plenty of pockets on these bad boys: A back pocket, two pockets on the hip and even a small one on the thigh give you plenty of places to stash all of your lift passes, wallets, lip balm or Magic The Gathering cards. .
