Pros:
Better performance from the ski. More reasonably priced than other high end bindings.
Cons:
Would you recommend this product to a friend?
Yes
This relatively new binding performs at a high level as all bindings should but has a smaller footprint on the ski compared to other bindings thus having less effect on the performance of the ski.
