Yes
I got this jacket for my 4 year old niece. It fits her very well and has high end quality. I was hesitant to spend the money on a higher end winter jacket for her because of how quickly she grows. This jacket, however, has inseams which are able to be cut in the arms which adds an extra 1.5 inches. This was the deciding factor and prompted my purchase. I am very happy with this jacket and purchased the matching pants which also have the inseam that will grow with her!
