Pros:
Mad warm around the ears and forehead
Cons:
Top of the head will get cold

Yes
Super tight looks and you're forehead has never been warmer. Whether its around the house or apres ski, you're gonna dig it.

Yes
You wouldn't expect this to keep you as warm as it does! Works even on cold days and I get compliments every time I wear it.
