This helmet fits my head nicely. I enjoy the boa for dialing in the precise fit. Very lightweight and great ventilation.
You should always wear a helmet!

Yes
The way a helmet fits completely depends on you and the size and shape of your head. This helmet is a night light weight helmet. You can adjust it with the dial in the back which allows it to be the perfect fit. It is comfortable and keeps your head warm as well. You do not need to wear a hat underneath.
