The Rossignol Experience 84 HD is a perfect ski for the strong intermediate to expert skier looking for smooth carves and agility on the frontside of the mountain. Rossignol's Extended Sidecut allows you to have full edge contact regardless of the speed that you are skiing. When you are riding slow less of the sidecut is engaged, when you are skiing fast more of the sidecut is engaged to keep the ski performing the same at any speed. The Air Tip Construction pulls heavier material away from the tip of the ski for a lower swingweight and easier maneuvering and less fatigue when you are on the mountain. The E84 has the Carbon Alloy Matrix that is made from Carbon and Basalt that adds extra edge hold and stability, especially on firm snow at faster speeds. Auto Turn Rocker has a rockered tip, small amount of rocker in the tail with camber underfoot that delivers quick entry and exit from high speed carves and rebound for a responsive and fun ride on the frontside of the mountain.

skies are very wide compared to everything else i have skied on before. they are very aggressive skies they turn well and are snappy and responsive. they carry a lot of speed. Bindings are a pain to clip into.

This is my ski of the year choice for the intermediate to advanced who loves the easiest initiating turns and rip your favorite groomers. For those a little more aggresive choose the 88!

Rossignol has produced another great front-side carver. The Experience 84 has many of the same qualities as the 88 but is better suited for someone who is going to stay primarily on groomers. It is quick, responsive and provides very good edge holding.
