Marker Griffon Ski Bindings

The Marker Griffon 13 ID Ski Binding is a versatile alpine binding catered towards the intermediate to advanced skier who is looking to progress. A DIN range of 4-13 allows plenty of room for progression by catering to a wide variety of skier sizes and ability levels. The Griffon 13 ID can be used by intermediate skiers getting their first setup and really learning how to ski the mountain, as well as seasoned shredders who are looking for reliable release, high performance and boot sole versatility in a lightweight package. The "ID" in Markers line alludes to the adjustable toe height, used to accommodate Alpine, WTR, and AT soles. This toe height adjustment is nicely partnered with a sliding AFD that is able to work predictably with both the smooth slippery soles of alpine boots as well as the grippy rubber soles of WTR and AT boots. Pairing this sliding AFD plate with the adjustable toe height allows the Griffon ID to be one of the most versatile bindings on the market.

The versatility of the Griffon is not its only strong suit. It also thrives as a reliable, high-performance binding. The Triple Pivot elite toe provides extreme energy consumption to prevent pre-release when you are straight-lining through choppy afternoon snow or airing cliffs. Additionally the Griffon has a short mounting zone to allow unhindered ski flex as well as help cut down on swing weight, encouraging you to do your natural take off 360's or ride that big mountain line you have always had your eye on.

Great lightweight binding. Releases only when necessary and has a high din setting. Which is perfect for intermediate to advanced riders. Used these for a season and have had no problems with them.
