Sturdy enough to rip in the open, playful enough for tight moves in tight spots. A+

Volkl nailed it when they updated this ski. It can do it all from ripping carved turns on firm eastern corduroy to having a blast all over the mountain out west.

The Mantra stays true to its core with stability at speed on hardpack for those who like a moderately wide ski that is still forgiving. It loves to be laid on edge and rip long arcing turns.
