An absolute blast on pavement. With a top speed around 19 mph and a range of 5-7 miles, you can have fun all day with this board.

I first rode the Onewheel at Boreal Mountain Resort in the spring of 2015 during the Tom Sims Retro World Championships when they were premiering them to the area...When I saw it shooting across the parking lot and sidewalks of the base lodge under someone I had to try it! So just a few moments of getting the basics with the Onewheel rep on the proper foot placement, how the sensors worked and the power the Hypercore delivers it got me tuned in and then I was off! It sped along at a pretty good pace of 15mph (now 19mph with newest model), carved edge to edge like a snowboard, rolled to easy stops and rode switch without a single hitch in its performance. With the intuitive balance sensors, automatic reversing LED lights, 5-7 MI/8-11 KM range, Hypercore brushless motor and a safe LiFePo4 battery making up the inner works of the unit it's an incredibly worthy machine to look into making yours!

I came and demo'd the board this past weekend. Holy smokes, this thing is awesome! Surreal riding experience. Unlike any other 'electric skateboard' I have ever ridden. This definitely is its' own unique board.

Yes
I was blown away how balanced one can be while traveling so fast and still maintain control with onewheel. The first few minutes on the board your toes are firing in so many directions but after 10-15 minutes, what a blast I had. This is one of the coolest things to do with the entire family as you don't need to have a skate or snowboard background to have a fun.
