Would you recommend this product to a friend? Yes

I've been in the market for a new snowboarding jacket for about 5 years. I am probably one of the most indecisive people alive, and a snowboard jacket is an expensive investment, so I never pulled the trigger till now in fear of buyers remorse. I am so glad I finally did and couldn't have made a better choice. I get constant compliments, and it kept me perfectly warm and dry while it was dumping in the back bowls of Vail. The customer service at Buckman's was outstanding as well. I could not speak more highly of them. I purchased the jacket a week before black Friday, the jacket went on sale for $60 off a few days after I paid full price. I emailed them with no expectations, and to my delight they sent me a store gift card for $60. After I told my boyfriend how these guys helped me out, we both were saying how we won't shop anywhere else for our gear. Excellent customer service and top notch gear!
