Gore-Tex is the waterproof, windproof, and breathable technical fabric by which others are measured. For those who want nothing other than that lauded protection, look no further than the Marmot Spire Jacket. Its three layer construction protects absolutely regardless of the weather. Also worth noting is the high collar which doubles as a gaiter in stormy conditions.
