Pros:
Warm liner, wrist strap to stop snow from getting in
Cons:
a little tight around the wrist at first

Yes
Overall nice glove. Plenty of insulation which you can feel the warmth almost right after you put the glove on. It is a big tight around the wrist but it stretches slightly to your size. Nice warm lining. Sizing is true to your normal size.
