Ready to shred?  You'll need a killer breakfast. Try this one. It's quick, easy, and super healthy. 


Smoothie Base:

In a blender, combine the following: 

1 Cup vanilla almond milk (or soy milk or regular milk or whatever you decide is delicious)

1.5 Cups frozen berries - strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or a blend of all of them

1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder

1/2 Cup of ice 

1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)  

1/4 Cup of cranberry juice 

After it is all blended, pour it into a bowl. 


sprinkle the following on top:

Shredded coconut
Chopped walnuts
Cacao nibs
Dried goji berries
Fresh fruit: we used bananas, blackberries & strawberries. 

Enjoy! Get creative with your toppings. We have also used chocolate chips, almonds, and blueberries.
