Great for warm weather skiing

Pros: Looks nice. Black absorbs heat from sun.
Cons: Not warm, not windproof or even wind resistent.

Bought this from Buckman's last year. Took it to Mammoth Mountain. It is neither warm nor wind redistent. In weather under 40 you need multiple layers. Today was a windy 35 degree day. I wore two midweight Ibex merino sweaters and a fleece jacket under it. I was comfortable. Nils refused to address problem last year other than to ffer to exchange the jacket for another Estelle. They offered that after I sent a photo showing silver trim had come off one sleeve.
