light and warm.

Yes
Very lightweight yet very warm.
Good for skiing or any outdoor activities.
Stay dry, stay warm!

Pros:
You stay warm and dry for longer periods of time.
Cons:
If mid-layer is not effective at passing moisture, this eventually won't work.
