This is definitely my favorite board that we carry. It is the most versatile east coast board. It is amazing in the park, locks on to rails and has excellent pop but is still soft and playful. This board also has awesome edge hold for all mountain groomers. This is part of K2's volume shift collection which means you are supposed to ride the board 3-5cm smaller than your average snowboard which reduces the amount of swingweight of the board without sacrificing performance at high speeds.

This board was made for people that want to go all over the mountain and jib off of anything that they cant find. This board is recommended to be ridden 3-5 cm smaller than your normal board with reduces the swing-weight immensely.

The bottle rocket is the one board quiver. With the volume shift (making it shorter and wider) in the board allows you to get really deep into turns without the worry of heel or toe drag. Very loose and playful board, perfect for side hits, going fast and in the park.

I was able to demo this board and felt the Bottle Rocket was an easy, surfy transition from the lifted flat on the K2 Happy Hour. I rode the 148cm and absolutely loved it. This board is real stable laying into carves or picking up speed, yet playful. The blunted nose and tail help with the playful factor. This board goes anywhere on the mountain and does well in powder conditions, too- can't go wrong!
