Giro makes a great adjustable helmet that will last and protect you. Nothing fancy, but a solid helmet for anyone

The go to helmet for a great fit. Features adjust-ability at the back and at the strap with vents that open and close from the top of the helmet for a fast heat dump at the end of your last run.
