Yes
I prefer the intuition wrap liner as opposed to the traditional tongue design, keeps your foot warm and flexes exceptionally well with the standard 6 flex detachable tongue.

Yes
This boot will do it all. With interchangeable tongues, it's nice and easy to adjust the flex of the boot on the fly. The intuition liner molds to your foot for an extremely comfortable fit.
