Yes
I bought this for my granddaughter, and she loves it! She's 5'5" and thin so the medium fit her well. She put it on immediately, wore it all Christmas day and took it on a ski trip to wear under her ski clothes. It is cut very slim, but the cut is very flattering and the blue cascade fabric is really pretty.
