This is all i need to protect me from the elements, style, lightweight, all year round outdoor protection from wind and any type of moisture falling from the sky!

Yes
This shell jacket protects you from the elements like a boss. Wear it with just a base layer for early season or spring turns; throw an insulator piece in between and stay toasty well below zero.
