Yes
I used this for my marathon training. I mix my powder in it to stay hydrated and drink my carbs. The zipper of perfect for my keys beans and bars. Love this!

Yes
The bottle is great for training or if you are a runner. It holds an acceptable amount of water and has a cool style to it.
