Pros: Model works well for me (PNW).
Cons:

Would you recommend this product to a friend? Yes

Have worked great for me for maybe 10 years now. Would give them 5 stars except that the wire breaks at the interface with battery pack. It has happened on two previous pairs however I am sending my last pair back to Smith...they have great customer service. Customer loyalty is important.
