How to return your rentals
Our retail stores are now closed for the season. If you still have your seasonal rentals, your card will be charged for the remainder of the security deposit. To return your rentals you may drop them off at our corporate offices during business hours (8am-4:30pm M-F). Or you may mail them to our offices at the following address:

Please send all rentals using an insured and trackable method. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Do not leave your equipment unattended outside of any of our retail stores or our corporate office. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged equipment that is left outside of any of our locations.

Pick up equipment on Thursday after 3:00pm and return on Monday.
** Week Rental
Pick up equipment at 3pm the day before your departure and return the equipment nine days later. This allows for seven days of usage.

RESERVE YOUR RENTALS:
Buckman's Ski Shops will accept reservations in advance for daily and weekend rentals. Save another trip to the store by simply telling us when you want to pick them up! (An initial trip to Buckman's at the beginning of the season is necessary to properly size your skis, boots and poles, but after that, you're good to go!) Reservations should be paid for when the reservation is placed. Visit one of our retail stores for further details (October - March). Security deposit for non-returned rentals will be charged April 1st.
