It's Our 45th Season! Did You Know...? (Part One)

This is our 45th season! Our first shop opened in Perkiomenville, PA in 1971. What started as only 110 sq. ft. of workshop space and a small ski shop has turned into six stores across southeastern Pennsylvania. Mountain Fuel: Pineapple - Mango - Peach Green Smoothie

In a blender, combine the following:1 C pineapple juice
1 C frozen mango
1 C frozen peaches
1 frozen banana
1.5 C fresh spinach
1 C milk (or almond milk or soy milk, etc)
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
